Blonde toner and lowlights

Hi , I have a client that has dyed her hair with box dyes level 7 for about four years she wants it lifted to an all over blonde like Holly Willoughby's , just wondering what toner I should use to get the right blonde also she wants a few low lights to break it up any ideas on the right colours ? Any help would be great thanks

You need to remove the box dye build up first and see what you’re left with before thinking about toners.

Hi sorry didn't explain properly I've started to slowly removing the box dyes and it's lifted really well , she's now very light with a tiny bit of orangy brassy tones any help on the right toners would be great thanks
