Brisa Lite Sculpting French issue

Hi all
I am using my nail trainer to get the hang of sculpting rather than using tips all the time. I'm happy with doing acrylic. But when I have done my brisa lite french enhancements they seem to snap quite easy, I've concentrated on making sure I build the apex but I can still quite easily break the tip. But what I'm confused by is the white inside hasn't fully cured although it's been under the lamp for a full 2 mins, where it joins the pink in the middle is still soft.
I don't have the actual cnd lamp (though it is on my wish list!) so could it be brisa truely does need the cnd lamp to cure properly? My shellac cures fine in it and brisa pink seems ok just the white. Or could my lamps bulbs need replacing? Or is it just me lol :/

Are you using clear forms? The white is so opaque that you need a clear form to let the uv light get all the way round the gel. And yes you really do need to get the cnd lamp ASAP x
