Hi all, my client first pic wants to work towards the second pic, I use wella and have been advised ct 7/97 and 9/97 for the root, tone with 9/97,
However ct doesn’t lift so not sure how this is going to work! Or should I h/l then tone roots with the above formula after? She wants a balyage look rather than h/l x

I would personally do as colour correction and lift all the hair if wanting like the second picture then bayalage and colour roots and tone hope this helps you out
