Hi I'm looking into getting a builder (hard gel) gel kit. What are good ones to use?

I personally love Brisa by CND. They make the strongest, yet lightweight enhancement. It’s a very hard product so it won’t flex much. Small and easy system and it makes the nails crystal clear, colour stable and super easy to file. They have great conversation classes if you are trained but want to switch systems.

I can second this. I use the whole CND system (and occasionally swapping Brisa bond with YN Protein bond) and find the consistency quite ideal, it self levels nicely without running too much. However what I do miss with the CND brisa gel system is a better variety of gels; there is only neutral and warm pink, I would love to see another couple of cover gel options, as well as a premixed milky white gel for babyboomer nails, so I don't have to keep mixing my own.

The Gel Bottle BIAB or Gelish Polygel are both good xx

I use IBD hard gel. I love it but I have been having problems with it lifting. Does anyone else have these problems? I followed all the manufacturer instructions.

I did look at ibd but not good if your getting lifting

DuoGel 2 in 1 is a hard gel but does soak off. It contains acrylic powder already inside the gel. Can be used for tips sculpting or is flexible enough for natural nail overlays too and under gel polish.

I use Lexy range from Light Elegance or Gel Pot from Gel Bottle.

I figured out why it was lifting and now I don't have lifting problems. Hooray! The how-to video on the IBD website say not to cover the whole nail with bonder before applying the hard gel but when I did I got lifting. I started covering the entire nail with bonder and no more lifting. I also cured the bonder for a full minute instead of 30 seconds like it said in the instructions. I hope this helps anyone having lifting problems with IBD.

My work salon have Akzentz proformance hard gel and I like it so much I think maybe I will buy some for at home. For home client I use axium and it is ok product but I think akzentz become my new favorite gel to use so I reccomend this.
