Camouflage make up?

can anyone recommend any good camouflage make up to cover acne scars / spots, something which is not overly heavy and won't cause anymore spots?

any help would be appreciated!

Jane Iredale BB Cream and/or pure pressed base.
Great coverage and an extremely pure mineral make up that won't aggravate an already fragile skin! No talc, bismuth or perfume, and an SPF of about 20.
