Sorry if message looks a bit weird.
I recently decided to go for Goldwell. Today a customer came which is now a 6 with loads of red pigments. She wants to have the colors on the photos (mostly the one above she said, but would also like the one beneath if less gold in it, I think she wants to be on a level 10 to 11). How on earth will I manage to do this?
I mean I know to use the usual preference ash one to remove the yellow, but all too often the yellow comes back.. (we have copper in the water in this area, obv we filter it in the saloon). Does anyone know how I get this cold beige color as in the image above? Or something like the image below but less gold? I have no clue as all I know is to remove the yellow shades that will be in her hair after we are done with the continous bleach baths (I cound on doing about 3 all together with rest between). I would be very grateful for help!

I've done this today with goldwell and used a 10B but my client had grey root I'd try on your client the 11 highlift and add a tiny bit of bleach to take out those yellow tones. Hope this helps

I am so sorry, I forgot to mention I use Wella (koleston + color touch).
Do you know what the above color would be eqvivalent in Wella?
Thanks:)

Choose color 12 series with 40vol but see what the desired colour/tone you want as my client had a few greys. I wouldn't recommend these colours for total grey coverage though. Very close to 12/89 White pearl

High lift tint it all over with an ash (sorry don't use wella so I can't give you the number!) then add some fine bleach lights through it. That way you get a very cool multitonal icy blonde but without any grey tinges.
