Can you use semi permanent over blonde highlights

Hi

My friend has just had blonde highlights on her hair, she really dosent like it, i have told her she can put a golden brown on so it doesnt go green, but she doesnt really want a permanent one on even though the blonde is permanent.

Now can she put a semi permanent on it straight away and will it cover the blonde and not go green?!

Hey I would send her to the hairdressers. Even a semi on bleached hair could go green, bright orange or black if the hair is not in good condition. Xxx
