Hi,

I have just started my own business and working on a few things, does this sound ok to put up as my cancellation policy??

Cancellation policy,

As of 1st August if you are wanting to cancel an appointment then please give a clear 24 hours.

Please respect that this is my full time job and if you do not let me know that’s my time not being paid.

If you are unwell we can reschedule your appointment, if you are running later than 15 minutes please be prepared to have your appointment rescheduled as this may have a knock on effect to my other appointments.

*no shows will be not be tolerated, if you don’t show up for your appointment and try and book another one then a 50% deposit will be required.

I hope you can understand why these have been put into place.

I would simplify it somewhat:
Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment time, we require 24 hours notice, and are happy to work with you to find a more suitable time.

Please note that no shows will require a 50% non refundable deposit to rebook.

Thank you for respecting what we love most-serving you!
