My sister in law wants hair like Caroline flack... as do most of the world as it’s

She normally has a full head of 12/0 and 88/0 what would you suggest to use to make it look a bit more “flacky” any toners???

Thank you,

Emma

It depends what her hair is like now really!

And what her natural depth is?

Something like 9/38 in KP or 10/36 and 8/05 in Illumina would be nice!

Isn’t 10/36 a darker violet blonde?? And the 8/05 mahogany???

10/ is the lightest depth. /36 is gold violet and /05 is natural mahogany yes.
Actually I'd probably go with 10/05 rather than the 8/05.

So 10/36 and 10/05??? Mixed or separate foils? And what percentage peroxide? 6?? X

I'd do them mixed together as a toner with pastel after doing your foils. Does she want to keep the roots longish like Caroline's?

Also why do you use the 88/0?

Ok perfect! How long do you keep it on for?
No no roots just full head of foils!
That was what her old hairdresser used and she liked the colour but I’ve recently said her hair always looks brassy rather than blonde! This is the second time I’m doing it so I wanted to change it up a bit! X

How would you do this process from start to finish?? X

Ok so 88/0 is for coverage of resistant grey only so I'd chuck that. If thats her natural colour at the root in that pic I'd just foil with either bleach or highlift if thats what you've been using and its lifted that well. Lift to pale yellow and tone with the 10/05 and 10/36 equal parts with pastel and visually develop.

... do you class highlift as 12/0 or 10/0? As so many say different! Perfect! What strength pastel shall I use?? What sort of colour am I looking out for when it’s developing? X
