Hi,

Looking to change hair colour and looking for some advice.

Currently I use 6/0 wella colourtouch with 1.5% (semi) and I am looking to go to a red burgandy colour. Due to not always just doing roots I do have slight colour build up so my hair is darker than virgin hair getting 6/0 on it. My roots also are slightly more faded due to this.

I want a colour that still has depth/base to it but has red tone to it instead of bright reds and also have to ensure even coverage ie roots aren't brighter than ends.

Considered using 1/4 tube 6/0, 2/4tube 6/7 with 4% peroxide?

I've attached a picture of my hair and a couple of pics of the type of colour I want to help.

Thankyou

It a not too dissimilar. However as your not a hairdresser I can only recommend you use a professional hairdresser for all colouring.

And it's not that the roots are more faded its the ends are over processed and are now looking much darker than a 6.

Go to a reputable salon and they should do it for you. However if you put those colours you were thinking on its only going to take on your roots! X
