Changing hair colour with Wella

hello.. My client has had two sets of bleach highlights with a tonner over the last 16 weeks. She's wanting to change it now to something more manageable. I was think ombré or an all over colour but I'm unsure of what colour to use. I work with wella.

With an all-over colour, she'll get a regrowth line so it still requires maintenance, even more so than with highlights.

Do you use a phone or tablet with your consultations? You could google ombré hair images and let her see what she prefers.

How light does she want the ends to go?

You will need to do a root stretch and gradually lighten the ends. So you're looking at several tint mixes depending on the look she wants. I hope you charge her properly for it as it will take much longer and use more product than simple highlights will.

Thank you for that, she likes the look of (picture attached) I'm still unsure of what colour to use for the roots
