Customer service from the training company is also a very important factor to look for. If they're not very helpful when you want to give them money what will they be like after training. I know you don't want brands mentioned on this thread but I can't praise mine highly enough for customer service.
 
Oh Lynne that doesn't sound good at all what if you had a client coming in half an hour and you needed to speak to someone....you would be on your own there.
As Lee-Ann said you really do want to go with a company that will be there when YOU need them this is really important.
I think when you start phoning about you can get a feel for a company some are happy to spend time with you and answer your questions others baffle you with all there sales talk and you end up all confused:irked: well I did anyway.
