Can anyone give an advice
I have a client she is coloured black,she just wants a glossier look,
I would like to use color touch relights,clear glaze,my query is about the developer ,shall i use 1.9% or 4%??1:1 ratio or 1:2ratio??
I want the gloss to last longer.
Also it has to be applied on towelled dried hair??
