Hi ya, I airbrush tanned a teenage boy a month ago. His mother phones me today to say the tan did not come out nicely on the legs and wants another free tan!!! I explained if she would have letten me know at the time i would have gladely rectifed the problem. I told her that unfortuantely she would have to pay again as it has been a month. Her response was that she was busy. what do you think?

I think you gave the correct answer in that she/he should have let you know at the time.

Nobody in their right mind would let their client get away with this. Can you imagine eating a meal in a restaurant, not enjoying then for whatever reason calling the restaurant a month later and complaining????I dont think so.

They are trying their luck.Stick to your guns mate!!!!

If she was genuine she would have rang you within days not a month!

Tell her to take a run and jump! (not literally but you get my meaning)

I think she is taking the 'mick' and you did right by telling her it would be a chargable treatment.

Geesh some people take the biscuit don't they?

:irked:

People are unbelievable aren't they! Thats really what I would call 'trying it on'! You definitely did the right thing hun.

What a cheek, good for you telling her he would have to pay again. If there were any problems, Im sure he would have rang the next day..

Some people eh:eek:

I think you were spot on with your answer mate.

I bet she wouldn't of been too busy if you said you would have done it for nothing.

Teri x

She may have been genuine that it wasn't right, but you cannot complain without evidence! it's her word against yours and I think you answered perfectly! Funny how she woudn't have been busy if you had done it for free though!!!
