Why don't we have the rent too???
I'm about to start my own homebased salon. With pro-entrance, seperate room, sperate loo etc. and I will charge myself (the salon) for rent. So It's costing me the same as having a salon somewhere (or at least renting a room in a salon).
Ofcourse I can "play" a bit more, by saying the first three months is free, that I don't have to pay the 1. of every month etc. But none the less I will pay rent.
I don't know if it's the tax situation that's so different or what it is, but no clients will be able to say I'm cheaper because I have no rent. I still have bill on water, electricity, products and all other things so cheaper? no, but more comfortable for me?? Hell yes...
