CND Brisa and Shellac, help

I'm starting brisa extensions with nail art on them but which brisa gel do I use with nail tips? Smoothing or sculpting gel? Also at which point in the process do I apply shellac polish and nail are and any gems? Thanks in advance xxx

I was under the impression that smoothing gel was discontinued. And besides all of that should have been covered during the gel course you took
