CND Earth Mineral bath

Hi, Please could anyone help... I trained with CND and have always used their spa products... However i ran out of the mineral bath and ordered a new one... when it arrived there was no seal on it and it was a totally different colour.. so i sent it back for a replacement.. A replacement was sent but to my dismay it was the same... no seal and a really dark colour.. and just doesnt smell quite right.... I had a pedicure to do so had no choice but to use it... it left a green/blue film over the customer's foot... this did come off with the scrub, however it didnt really look to clever!!!!!!
I like the earth products and am looking for a replacement product for the mineral earth... could anyone suggest anything please.... im desperate as have another pedicure booked in for wednesday eve and dont think its appropriate to use the marine spa as this (as per my training) is for exciting the foot/customer not relaxing.....
Sorry for waffling, i would appreciate anyone that could recommend an alternative!!!!!!

If that is the case, then you need to ring and ask if there has been some change. Changes do occur and they are not always bad in fact usually for the better, ask about the seal etc. and see what they say. I know they will help to the best of their ability. I certainly would not be replacing something that is part of a system myself, but you need to be sure it is theyeay it is supposed to be.

Hi Geeg.. I have been in discussions with sweet squared!!! They were looking into it to see if it was a bad batch... But they didn't know how long this would take!! So this is why I'm a little stuck.. Obviously they are offering me a full refund but I would rather have the earth foot soak! This is why I'm looking for something for the interim until then hopefully I get an answer!!! Thanks for responding gigi..
