CND manicure procedure

Hi someone has asked for a CND shellac luxury manicure, can someone give me the steps as I'm not sure I should soak hands before applying shellac? I'm due to do my conversion course on the 14th August so hopefully all will become clear then!

I usually do cuticles without a soak, then Shellac, then carry on with the rest of the mani/pedi x

so would you still soak after applying the shellac?
