Just looking in scratch and noticed the new CND citrus manicure and it says free smapler pack. Is it suposed to be with the magazine or do you need to send of for it? also whats this ad about new creative colours? im rather confused?

Exactly what is confusing you?

There are threads all over the site about the new CND Colour Revolution so if you do a search I'm sure you will find out much more or better still you can contact Sweet Squared the UK home of CND by calling 08452106060 or log on to Welcome - Sweet Squared and ask them to email you with all the info and images relating to the New Colour Revolution. The launch is in various locations throughout the UK in Early September.
