cnd or nail essentials trainer hands

Does anyone know if there are differences between cnd and mail essentials nail hand trainers? And if so which one is better?

They are the same. Essential nails created them and gave permission for other companies such as CND to buy and brand them. They are exactly the same but with different logos.
