CND Shellac vs Gelish

Hey i normally use Gelish gel polish but I have ordered a couple of shellac to see how I get on with them. I've just recieved them and they seem very gloopy compared to gelish and the product doesn't spread as much either? Is this ok? I ordered them from ellisons x

Make sure you give the Shellac colours a really good shake before use to ensure perfect application.
