CND top coat

Help. I tried to do holographic nails. Used cnd shellac polish, lecente layer, then holographic powder followed by cnd top coat. The top coat was still tacky so used IDD cleanse and it removed the top coat. Where am I going wrong?!

It removed the topcoat completely? The only thing I can think of is that it wasn't cured properly which could only be your lamp?

That's what I thought - even the shellac was more tacky than usual and this is a brand new lamp! Thanks for the advice - much appreciated x
