CND UV lamp problems

I have a problem with my lamp which I thought wasn’t working because the bulb life had run out. I thought this because when I checked the bulb life left it said 0
I have bought some new bulbs but am having the same problem in that then I press either the A or the C button it works for 1 second then a continuous bleep sounds & the bulbs go off but the bleep still sounds! There is power to the lamp & the bulbs light up but the lamp itself doesn’t work HELP

I believe there’s a way of resetting the lamp, before it will work properly with the new bulbs and that could be the problem.

There used to be a video on you tube, might be worth checking out. Good luck!
