I'm after a cold fusion mobile technician leicestershire Derbyshire area. Are there any out there or is it just salons? I'm about 40 mins away from a city so pain in the bum. I like the ideal of the flat way they are as I have fine hair.
Also wondered is it any better than hot fusion? I see the ideal of heat bad but if still removed with acetone that's also bad for the hair too.
Could hot fusion use flat tip?
