Hi, I'm looking to lighten my hair from light golden brown to really light blonde. My natural color is dark/dirty blond and I recently tried to dye it light blonde with john frieda light natural blonde hair color, but it ended up just lightening my medium brown dyed hair to a light brown. I was planning on dying it on friday and have been researching Wella brand. If I use ultra light blonde and a 40 volume developer, will I be able to achieve these results without having to bleach my hair?
