Colour Advice Please!

Hi everyone!
I have a client who has been getting igora vibrance 4-65 for well over a year now, however the last time I had to do her colour I had to use matrix colour sync 4G as my supplier has discontinued igora vibrance:cry: She had mentioned before she got her colour done that she fancies a change the next time her colour is due. She would like somthing along the lines of Cheryl Coles colour,not the red colour that she had, she likes the brunette colour with the caramel tones going through it. I was looking for some advice from all you colour experts out there as to how you would go about this? her hair is quite dark now after applying the 4G. Thanks to everyone in advance

i am really just wondering if any of you guys could recommend what shades I could go for & also what colour should I strip her hair up to? I will be using a bleach bath of 20vol, shampoo & warm water - Thanks!

she is like a base 5 isnt she... so just pre lighten a shade.... do some natural foils bleach and 20vol, a warm level 5 semi inbetween and rinse and then tone with a 8M or 9M in Matrix if you can get hold of that

Hi Sarah, Thanks for that. the salon that I used to work in did very little along the lines of colour correction-she always talked people out of it-which was so annoying-hence the reason why I "used" to work there!!!
I have only recently started to use a few colours out of the matrix range so i am still quite unfamiliar with it. would I just mix the 8m r 9m with the activator to tone the highlights? Can you recommened any nice warm level 5 shades in the matrix colour sync range by any chance? Thanks again sarah!xx

Its so nice, im gutted i cant get my hands on it where I am!
But use to use it in Australia...
Yes with Sync/Activator... And you could go for 5M or 5WN they are very similar!
