Hi Guys

I've just completed by level 3 and I'm about to do my first colour correction out on my own. Its a friends Mum so I'd like to have it as perfect as I can get it.

She had previously coloured her hair with a home colour which looked maybe a 7/0. Her re growth was say a 4 and then a previous band below the 7 had been a red home die which she said she had stripped but I can still see the red tone in the hair. I done a strand test and used pre lightner and 6% and it took a good hour without heat to lighten up. Hair had a bit of stretch in it once i washed it out. She is wanting her hair to be kind of like cheryl coles much desired new blonde. I was thinking of putting pre lighnter mixed with 3% pastel on the ends to try and lift that red out and then applying an all over 8/0 + 8/38 Kolestone all over using 12% on her re growth and 6% on her ends or should I apply 6% on re growth aswell and apply it on the ends after 20 minutes depending on how quick it lifts? I'm going to add foils in aswell with bleach and 6 on the root and pastel on the ends and some fine 7/0 aswell to break it up.

If anybody can help guide me a little on the removing the red and thoughts of my application I would very much appreaciate it!!

Thanks x
