Hi
I did a balayage on coloured black hair (took forever to lift of course)! I warned the client it would be warm and she was happy with that and wanted it warm.
It came out very warm and client disappointed. (Level 8)
I put a Wella colour fresh level 7 on it but still warm and client then said she wants it to be 'brown'.
I can't decide now whether to put a 6 or a 5 on it and what tones to use, any advice? (Goldwell, Loreal or Wella)
