Afternoon lovelies x

I have a client in tomorrow for a colour correction, she has used a olia blonde on her hair and it’s gone blonde roots and orange ends which it would, she wants it correcting tomorrow and wants to be a warm blonde, could I tone her hair with an ash and then use a warm colour?

I use the colours xp100
Xx

Why would you tone it ash to then tone it warm?

I don't use XP colours, but I would put some highlights through and tone with a warm blonde. That will break up that dark patch, and stop it from looking so yellow.

Hope this helps xx

You will probably need to lighten the hair again, avoid roots to get and even colour. Then tone its all depending on how the hair has lifted. Remember you need violet fro yellow, blue for orange. Don't use green! Unless there's red.
If you want a warm results but softer than it is now, then you could use a neural colour to tone with.

Hey ronray

Thanks for your reply!

The end result I was happy with and my client was super happy too which is even better, I did bleach the hair again but she had a lot of colour build up around the mid-lengths.
Still a bit of warmth in there but she was happy

It won’t let me upload a picture
