Colour help

I really like the colour in the pic but not sure what I should be asking for when I go to hairdressers, my hairs is bleached at ends and natural colour at roots, I have also attached a wee pic of this. Do I need 1 colour all over or highlights? Any advice would be great so I can phone and book myself in for a colour

Her colour is lighter underneath than it is on top. I would ask for blonde highlights, more underneath and only scattered on top, with a cool medium brown tint in between.
Take the pic with you so your stylist can get a good idea of what youre looking for xx
