Hi geeks
I bought a set of remy clip in hair extensions I bought light brown blond to match my highlighted hair they are a pretty good match however has a little bit too much blonde for my liking in, question is in your experience could I lowlight these by clippin on block and weaving with the tones I have in my hair, will it take ok? I don't want to ruin them as they are brand new! Any tips? Or just treat as real hair on a client lol?!
Thanks geeks x

I've coloured remi goddess hair before..I wouldn't say it ruined them but they defiantly wernt as soft afterwards. Why not put a few more blonde hi/ls through your own hairline and parting instead so that they blend in better? Then you're not taking the risk of ruining your new extensions :) Xxx

I just had my hair toned down from that as wanted the regrowth to not be as noticeable u know what's it's like being a mobile hairdresser always doing everyone elses hair and never have time for myself lol!
Thanks for the advise thou
I would mainly just be wearing them curled and tucked in a donut so maybe it would be ok if not a soft ;) x

i have a few clients who have coloured remy hair and not turned out too bad, its a little bit damaging but you just need to use good aftercare, plus with extensions you wont be washing them so much so I'd say they should be ok??

Thanks I think i will give it a try lol xx
