Hi. Newly qualified. If i have a base of 6/7, using 10/16 with 40vol would lift? Then use a toner after?

You only use a toner after bleaching, not when you’ve used tint.

If you want a cleaner result I would use 10/86+12%

Obviously it will only lift virgin hair, not coloured hair.
