Colours not in stock. What can i mix?

Hi Geeks.

I am hoping some of you more experienced geeks can help me.
My salon uses loreal sometimes when we do not have certain colours in stock and i have to make my own i get confused.
Say for example if i am looking for 7.3 in majirel. I know i can mix 6.3 & 8.3-one below and above is that right? but what other colours can make this?
Could someone explain it to me please or is there anywhere online i can this information?

You can do it for most ie 7.1 is 6.1 and 8.1 , 6.45 could be 7.45 and 5.45. Not the best thing to do but it can be done . Also have done ?.33 ?.31 to get ?,3

Your correct, but also dont forget DO NOT mix half and half and expect to land in the middle.... Darker shade will always overpower.

Hairsquared is correct. more of the lighter, less of the darker.
