Hi,
got a shock today, thinking of rent a shop unit and the solicitor has quoted £145.00 per hour + v.at on top and reckons it will take 10 hourssssssssssss.
GASP!! this is astromomical for me can any one help or advise a cheaper way to do it.

SHocked & SPeechless and working on a budget!!!

That seems very expensive, my solicitor charges £100 per hour and I think that's a rip off!

Perhaps try your local business shop - if they have one where you are in your area. They may be able to offer some advice. Thery're a useful contact if you are starting up in business anyway.
Best of luck

Hi ya

When I took my salon on my solcitor was £250 an hour, real rip off down in Jersey, and in fairness they must have done about ten hours as the bill was over £2,500. All I wanted to do was rent a shop for god's sake.

We're so in the wrong business

regards
