conservatory into salon????

Hey peeps, im moving into a house at the end of the month and would like to change the conservatory into a salon, i am currently mobile and also some clients come to my parents. Does anyone know how i go about it? Planning of having a play pen/area for my son and a corner for my computer. I just really dont know where to start and if theres anything I have to get checked before going ahead with it. All of your comments would be appreciated THANK YOU XX
