Consultation help

Hey guys advice needed.im getting back into hairdressing after have had 25 years away from the scene. long story.. anyhow I'm up to speed with new techniques etc but I struggle with the consultation.. I think it's just a confidence thing of showing who is in charge.. any suggestions on how i can improve in this area?! Thanks all
