Cost effective files and buffers

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions On where is best to buy files and buffers? Is it best to buy in bulk (not massive amounts, just maybe 5/10 at at time?)'

I've seen salon services do these in packs of 10/12 but wasn't sure if the quality?

I will be doing gel nails, overlay only at the moment, so would need something compatible for these. Are the bugging blocks any good? Techs have used them on me before when I've had my nails done and they have always seemed ok but in my training we used a proper buffer.

Yes I go in to get them but they have an online store and other places sell NSI too
