Hi I orderd cream oxidant 6% 20 vol vut got instead cream peroxide 6% 20 vol.

Is it the same product but just with a different name?

Thanks

Exactly the same just a posh name as not to scare the client. If they were to ever see the bottle

thanks for that I thought they were totally different things the peroxide for fake blonds, which is not my type anymore I must say, and was oh my God what is this.

Better now, knowing that I can apply the product and will not become bleached blond :D

If your a non professional I wouldn't and can't advise on you using professional products. We have been trained for years for a reason with these products!!

come on....you didnt know?! Please dont do it yourself!!!

I though that is was to bleach the hair. and that I would end of looking crazy. Is just to mix in the ratio 1:1 with the hair color and that is that.

thanks,

there's a reason professionals have to pass both practical and theory exams when learning about colour. Hazardous chemicals are used and they need to be fully understood before using on anyone.

It's when non-professionasl start meddling and guessing what chemicals are used for that hair disasters happen and the poor professional has
to sort out their mess, if you're not a hair pro and don't understand the
health and safety and science behind changing hair colour, please just
don't have a go yourself and leave well alone.
