Creating own cruelty free lash brand?

Hello everyone

I've been in business 3 years now and have successfully gained a good reputation within the wedding industry as a hair and makeup artist. I'd love to take it to the next step and create my own lash brand. It MUST be cruelty free. Every where I've looked sell mink, and are in China or USA. Their faux mink look plastic too
Can anyone please offer me some guidance or know where I can start?

The first step would be finding a manufacturer who can deliver on what you want. This will be an expensive endeavor so make sure it's something you have the pockets for. You'll need a large initial order more than likely and then your marketing budget will need to match your ambition.

I imagine it will be a premium product so branding and marketing will be key to get people to switch.
