Creative nailstations

I am looking for a new nail station for my nail room, i love the ones in the creative catalogue they are really nice but the one thing i am confused on is the extras the vapex-D and the filter etc? are they the same thing or do i need to buy both of them? i know i need the filter to get rid of some of the dust thats floating about here.....any help would be great
when i did my course at CND in leeds i liked the tables in there do they have vapex-D and a filter?

The Vapex-D is the filtration system and the filters are the replacement filters in the Vapex-D system.
