Damaged nails and nail polish

Hi, I stupidly got acrylics on in an nss anyway long story short, tried to remove myself using acetone and had to prise some off, had damaged nails but not too bad now I have been using solar oil and keeping short, this was about a week ago, and I ok to put nail polish on just so they don't look as bad? They don't hurt and are not as bad as I expected them to be, seen far worse but don't want to do further damage, want my natural nails to grow now.

The best thing to do would be to find a good local qualified nail tech. They will be able to assess the damage and advise you accordingly.
