I am going to make my clients hair from level 4 to red . Using 5rm on the root and 6 rr all over . She wants it to look like one color all over . I was thinking of doing intense highlight . Leaving very little of her natural hair out . Then lighting her base with the bleach from the bleach from her high lights . Then drying her hair then applying 5rm to her root and 6rr to rest of her hair for 30 mon . Am I correct ?
