Previously used kp 30g 6/97 and 10g 4/75 with 6%
Natural base 5 and level 8 ends which were pre pig with a red, client doesn't like how red hair is and would like a darker brown would using equal parts 6/0 and 6/7 fix it or what would you suggest?

Consider using 5/02 illumina. The excess warmth you have won't cover with a level 6. You either need to remove some of it or drop a level to get decent coverage.

I've never used illumina before is it a permanent

What's better/different about using illumina compared to kp?

Usually I'd say the coverage is more sheer.
But in this situation it would be my go to because its got /2 tone whereas koleston hasn't. It's also naturally cooler than koleston.

Thank you
