Diacolor Richesse or Gelee Milkshake Toner?

Which is better for toning bleached hair and keeping as light as possible and minimum damage please? I would be looking at the 'cool' tones' - thanks.

Also how or long after bleaching can it be applied and how long should it be left on for?
