Hi,
I am getting a little confused about the colours and powders that you are all mentioning! I did my Creative foundation course in July and was taught to use perfect colour pink and white. Whilst I recognise some of the other colours that you talk about i.e flawless etc, when would I decide to use something else other than what I was taught to? Does this all become clear the more courses you do? Also I am trying to get some experience behind me before booking onto another course and can't really afford anymore expenditure yet, but what would be the next course I should be looking at? Can anyone advise me please? And what is the Masters exactly? :)

It can be confusing when everyone talks about various colours you can use. You are right about the flawless pink etc by Creative, but they also do their coloured powders called Metro powders i think which means you can create different coloured tips, so instead of a white tip for the french look, you could do a red tip or purple tip, just for something a little different, or to go with what someone's wearing on a special occasion.

As for the courses, i myself aren't Creative trained, but i know they do lots more courses to help you with various trouble shooting and advanced techniques. I'm not sure what they are called exactly, but hopefully someone will give you the exact names, but i know they do a reballanceing class, an illusion class which deals with making the nail bed appear longer, like for nail biters etc, plus another one which i cannot remember what its about, but if you do all three you can then go for your masters.

This all helps you with various techniques, and gives you a better understanding of how to deal with al sorts of nail problems and techniques. Good luck and enjoy.

I have only just done my creative conversion but plan to do the real rebalancing course next then the magic makeover which is for problem nails ie bitten, fan shaped, claw etc, then they do a sculpting class. Once you have done all three (you can do them in whatever order and as many times as you like) you can go on to do the master class if you want to to become a master technician, thats what im hoping to do eventually hth x
