Dip-dye hair advice please

Hey I was wondering if any one could give me some advice. I have blonde shoulder length hair and I really like the dip dye effect, I'd want it quite natural looking but I know I would have to go darker on top & my hair at the moment is just above my shoulders (a bit longer than in the pic) so not sure if it would suit me or if I should wait & grow my hair longer? Also because I've always been blonde any darker colours fade quite fast. Do u think I should go for it or not? Thanks xx

I would look at the pictures you like of dip dye and is it on longer hair ? I find that people like photos and do not consider their own length and what the end result would be. It really is your decision, and if they are doing pre pigment in your hair before going darker it shouldn't fade out
