Dip dye using Wella Koleston Perfect

I have dark brown hair. Planning to bleach the bottom half of my hair using Gatsby Hi-Ex Bleach, and then dye the tips purple using Wella Koleston Perfect 55/66. Just wondering if i'm able to achieve the result as shown in the picture below? :O

Did you dye your hair with the wella 55/66? How purple did it come out? Did you bleach it first?
