So I used Sienna X and I liked the guide colour, it was a deep GLOWING reddish tan. After washing it off, it left me with a GLOWING GOLDEN tan, which is as advertised. Can I get refunded?

I'm searching for a BROWN tan. Most importantly it should make your skin look healthy. It could be because I have Olive skintone that I'm not getting desired effects. Something like this appeals to me:

Hi I've noticed you've asked quite a few times. ....are you qualified? If not, this may get moved to The consumer queries board but in the meantime LA Tan do a brown tan.

I also note that you sent me a PM asking if I knew of any Brown tans but you wanted a self tan rather than a spray solution.....is this still the case?

If Sienna X was advertised as a golden tan and that's what you've ended up with, why would you think you'd get a refund? That's like ordering fish and chips, being served fish and chips and then asking for a refund because you actually wanted a burger!

Sorry if any of this sounds blunt, I'm just struggling to understand what you want as we've suggested brown tans for you before but you've just paid for a golden tan to be applied?

I actually bought Sienna X before I joined this site. So I didn't know about tanning much other than asking casual people who also seemed to know little to nothing about tans. I want a self-tan for personal use - I'm not qualified. Which is better LA Tan and Nouvatan, I know they're different but I'm still into Nouvatan. WHy is Nouvatan so expensive?

Olive tans I find best are sunjunkie, sun labs and Lauren's way darker than dark x

Why don't you tell us which tans you've tried already and then some of the tanning geeks can probably offer suggestions.

Only Sienna X. The tan Sienna X gives me is like my normal skin colour anyway.

I'm looking into Nouvatan because of reviews on here. But I'm a guy and I heard of Nouvaman, but its not got a similar deal to the Nouvatan.

Are you qualified and looking for a trade spray solution or a consumer wanting a retail self tan?

Consumer that wants a red toned self-tan. I like the reddish guide Sienna X had. Sienna X tan is same as my normal skin- 'GOLDEN', 'NATURAL', 'GLOWING', whatever u want to call it, this is my normal skin, I'm south asian.

I gave up spray tanning reasons recently to specialise in just nails, but I used Nouvatan and had no problems with it. Its guaranteed no orange so that might be the look you're after. I am olive toned myself, I found their 8% gave me the look I would have after a week or two on hols in the sun, you could try their 12%, if you were going to someone for a spray tan, I would ask for that.

Surely you're not going to spray tan yourself?? I guess its possible but I never found I could do it.Maybe you're very flexible lol

I think they do a self tan mousse at 14%, which you would be able to buy.

I never had anyone not happy with their tan, and it fades gradually and beautifully as well as being a beautiful colour. Worth every penny imo. good luck

Ideally I want reddish brown skin from self tan. Is Nouvatan really like this or is this just photoshopped?
