As the title states really.. I just wondered how you introduced it to clients and how they felt about it?
I live in a smallish town and my clients are very nervous of anything other than foiling!! I know its not a new method and the results will speak for themselves but I find it hard to find the confidence to introduce new ways of doing things when they are reluctant!
Also any tips gratefully also appreciated! I've just done my own regrowth using this method and can't believe I've never tried it in the past.. The results are fab!

oooh im intrigued! never heard of this, have I been living in the dark ages?! lol Can you tell me more about it?
With regards to getting clients to try new techniques, well its all about your own confidence. If you have confidence in a product, or technique, it will be easy. Just be excited, and they will usually be excited too! xxxx

Hi Jo Jo!
It's just basically 'painting' the hair in sweeping motions to create highlights without using foils etc.. There are some really good demo's on YouTube.. I really like the effect it creates.. So natural!
A lot of celebs have been having it for a while.. Xxx

Yeah meee!
But I only use it on male/short hair clients, with matrix colour graphics, they can be in and out within half an hour!
:)
xox

I had a look and it looks really interesting. Ive done similar on short haired clients, but never new what the technique was called. Ill have to have a go on long hair I think!
Love this site, always learning something
xxxx

Yes I've used it on mens styles too and also shoeshined a lot but never done this method for long hair! It looks so good :-D. X

This effect is soo nice, so natural! This result is also great for those having a colour correction, in case any one was wondering. xoxo

The bloke on utube puts cotton wool through cross sections of the hair :-/ looks good but I sweep through

i have a gent that I use this technique on but I find the bleach does not lift as high as in foils what would be a good toner he is base 6 I use bleach and 40vol but it always ends up very yellow thanks X

instead of 40vol could you not use a lower vol and add heat ?
