Dull gel nails after wipe off

Does anyone else suffer with the fresh gel polish paint looking Matt and dull after the top coat cure then wipe off? I have read you should wait a while before the top coat and final cure and then wiping off....any suggestions please? [emoji5]

If you use alcohol make sure it is 99%. 70%,50%,91% etc can make the topcoat dull

I'd suspect it's insufficient cure, Blue Sky isn't matched to a lamp so there will be inconsistencies when curing.
